Forward and reverse sensor
Features
Product Description
Forward and reverse sensor. The forward and reverse speed sensor is detected by the Hall principle. Just fix two corresponding magnets on the shaft and wheel (the two magnets are symmetrically distributed, and one magnet must be installed with the N pole facing the sensor and the other magnet with the S pole facing the sensor), and fix the arrow on the detection surface of the sensor probe facing the arc of the magnet rotation. When the wheel or shaft rotates, the magnet sweeps across the sensor probe in the direction of the arrow, and line 2 (blue line) outputs a forward signal (low level), and line 4 (white line) outputs a forward speed pulse signal; conversely, line 2 (blue line) outputs a reverse signal (high level), and line 4 (white line) outputs a reverse speed pulse signal.
1. Power supply voltage: DC 5V~24V;
2. Output mode: open collector output;
3. Detection distance of detector: recommended distance is 5~15mm;
4. Working environment: temperature -20℃~+80℃, humidity ≦90%;
5. Signal status: Line 2 (blue line) outputs high and low level signals to represent the direction. The initial state is low level when in forward rotation, the green light is on, and the forward direction is consistent with the arrow direction. When in reverse rotation, it is high level, the red light is on, and the reverse direction is opposite to the arrow direction.
Line 4 (white line) outputs the speed pulse signal, which is a square wave signal;
6. Protection grade: IP65;
7. Anti-vibration capability: 5G under normal use.
