The cargo box lift sensor is used to detect whether the cargo box of the vehicle is lifted and output a switch signal. When the cargo box is lifted, the switch is disconnected; when the cargo box is flat, the switch is connected.

Installation Instructions

Notes

(1) The installation location is at the front of the vehicle, close to the cab;

(2) It can be installed at the bottom or side of the carriage, depending on whether there is space at the bottom of the carriage and whether it is suitable for operation;

(3) Usually it is necessary to weld a bracket to fix the switch and magnet so that it is easier to drill the fixing screw holes of the sensor;

(4) Installation method: Side installation and bottom installation are two options

(5) The left picture shows the sensor and magnet parts are welded with fixed brackets;

(6) Drill holes on the bracket according to the distance of the sensor screw holes;

(7) Finally, use screws to fix the two parts of the sensor to the bracket. Product Parameters
