On-site control

Generally, work sites are located in living areas or crowded areas, and there is a high mobility of personnel at work sites. If there are no effective control and restrictions on the site, there will be great safety hazards.

Temporary work

Due to time limitations, many aspects of temporary work sites cannot be fully guaranteed. Real-time monitoring and video recording of the site are particularly important, but traditional monitoring construction does not meet the requirements of temporary operations.

In response to the need for temporary on-site control, the intelligent control ball and portable single-soldier terminal developed by our company can quickly build a defense monitoring application for the power construction site, and realize audio and video recording, remote supervision and command applications. The high-definition intelligent control ball gets rid of the traditional monitoring wiring requirements and can quickly control the site anytime and anywhere. The device has a built-in intelligent recognition algorithm that can effectively identify the identity of the operator; for dangerous areas on the work site, a temporary dangerous area warning cordon can be set. Once a person enters the set area, an audible and visual alarm prompts him to stay away.
The portable single-soldier device can be worn by on-site supervisors or responsible persons, with local work records, remote collaborative supervision, real-time voice communication, and remote command and dispatch.

Remote real-time monitoring: remotely view the actual construction site at any time and anywhere, promptly inspect on-site work, and get a 360-degree panoramic view of the on-site operation to understand the on-site environment; by viewing the single-soldier connected camera worn by the on-site supervisor or person in charge, you can follow the perspective of the on-site personnel and record the on-site operations and management process in detail.

Illegal personnel reminder: The control ball intelligent recognition algorithm and face recognition on-site personnel will promptly alarm and remind non-construction personnel. The alarm details and images will be recorded on the platform in a timely manner, effectively preventing non-construction personnel from staying at the work site.

Dangerous area alarm: intelligent area identification on the control ball, dangerous areas on the construction site are marked, and when people enter the dangerous area, the on-site alarm will be promptly linked to generate sound and light alarms to remind people in the dangerous area to stay away, replacing manual on-site guards. The platform will record the alarm details and images in a timely manner to effectively prevent people from entering the dangerous area at will.

Virtual fence: Delineate the boundaries of the virtual fence based on site needs, and promptly alert the police when personnel on both sides of the fence cross the fence to resolve situations where personnel on site intend to climb over the construction fence.

Helmet and work clothes identification: The control ball supports an external helmet and work clothes analyzer to monitor in real time whether the personnel on the job site are wearing helmets and work clothes correctly as required, and provide timely reminders for those who do not meet the regulations.

Personnel monitoring: Take photos of on-site personnel through a mobile phone APP, and compare the photos with the pre-recorded personnel information on the platform to obtain detailed information about the personnel, which can be used to manage the consistency of construction personnel types and job positions in detail and prevent roving operations and cross-type operations.

One-touch alarm and rescue: A one-touch alarm button is configured on the individual equipment. When an emergency occurs on site, a call for help can be initiated to the platform personnel with one click. The platform personnel can quickly get in touch with the on-site construction personnel and coordinate and deal with the on-site situation in a timely manner.

Preservation of on-site evidence: Individual equipment has a one-click photo-taking function. Whether it is handling on-site accidents, recording on-site environment, or daily construction personnel inventory, you can take photos with one click, save the image to the local machine and upload it to the platform for storage.

Remote command and dispatch: Both the control ball and individual soldiers support real-time voice intercom function. Through Bluetooth handset or Bluetooth headset, you can get in touch with on-site construction personnel at any time to remotely command, arrange and adjust on-site operations.

Review of the operation process: Real-time video recording of the operation site supports remote and local review of historical work records. When responsibility is fulfilled or accidents are queried, the problem can be quickly located and there is a basis and reason to follow.

View the working area: Through the control ball and the built-in GPS positioning module of each soldier, the real-time distribution of the working team and the scope of the working area can be queried on the platform with one click. You can also understand the working and non-working teams, so as to achieve overall planning and reasonable arrangements.

Work data viewing: The platform has a variety of reporting functions, including non-construction personnel record reports, dangerous area intrusion reports, on-site image evidence query reports, etc. It can also query the construction team’s work location trajectory, construction time, construction duration and other data.
